- standard dresses: 4-8 weeks
- custom dresses: 6-10 weeks
- sample sale items: within 72 hours
- accessories & fabrics: 3-7 working days

Shipping is an additional 3- 10 days depending on Shipping Method.

Returns are available for standard sizes within 3 days. Custom-made & clearance items are final sales. Fabrics and service fee are not refundable.
